What our employees say about working for DXC Defence

Stuart Swan: Capability Manager

"Before joining DXC, I didn’t realise how wonderful a career supporting the Australian Defence Force from Defence Industry can be. Fabulous to be focused on delivering capability that makes a difference to the warfighter!”

Damien Gerhardy: Technical Lead

“What attracted me to DXC was the opportunity to work with a diverse range of talented people who are collectively focused on achieving great customer outcomes for our country, through the application and extension of cutting-edge technologies.”

Troy Hartas: Defence Simulation Support

“I joined DXC after a 20-year career in the Navy. I felt it was an opportunity for a stable environment and to spend more quality time with my family as I had become tired of leaving the family behind. DXC has given me the opportunity to work for a global leader and work on simulators that keep defence families together.”
